1) How long will the tour take me?

The Downtown Living Tour is self-paced. There are 11 different residences on the tour, and two to five units open for viewing in each. Once you've purchased or picked up your wristband at Registration, you are welcome to visit the residences in any order you choose, and are not required to visit all of them. The tour could take you as little as 30 minutes and as long at five hours, it's really up to you!

2) Where is the Registration Site?

The Registration Site is located in the brand new Gables Park Plaza, located at 115 Sandra Muraida Way. This is the NE corner of Cesar Chavez and Lamar. Sandra Muraida is accessible from either direction on Cesar Chavez, and from northbound Lamar. Click here for a Google map.

3) Where should I park?

Free parking is available at the Registration Site, Gables Park Plaza. City Hall offers free parking on Sunday too. (City Hall Parking is underground, and accessible from Lavaca Street.) There are also a number of pay lots along the route, as well as free street parking on the weekend.

4) Where is bus pick up?

No transportation will be provided for the Downtown Living Tour. Participants are encouraged to take public transportation downtown, or park in one of the many the free parking areas available downtown on the weekend, and walk the route.

5) What is the difference between a "Standard Ticket" and a "VIP Ticket"?

The Standard Ticket is $15 and gets you a goodie bag (while they last), route map, and access to all 11 residences, plus Happy Hour at the Ashton 7th Floor SkyLounge from 4:00 - 5:30 PM, and the After Party at Ligne Roset from 5:00 - 7:00 PM.

The VIP Tickets are $25 each and include all of the above, plus entrance to the VIP Reception, Saturday, October 10th from 7:00 - 9:30 PM at BoConcept, celebrating event sponsors, volunteers, and hosts.

6) How long will I be able to buy tickets online?

Tickets will be available on the DANA website until 5:00 PM Saturday, October 10th.

7) Is there an extra fee for access to the Happy Hour and After Party?
