Board & Officers

The DANA Board of Directors, also referred to as the Steering Committee, is composed of eight members elected at the first general membership meeting of each year. Members are elected to two-year terms. Four members are elected on odd-numbered years, and four are elected on even-numbered years.

The four executive officers of the Association, the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer as well as the eleven committee chairs are elected by the Board of Directors from among themselves at the beginning of each year.

The Board of Directors meets on the first Tuesday of each month to review Association business and discuss issues of importance to the residents of downtown Austin. All DANA members are welcome to attend.
